Architectural Review Committee (ARC):
Before any home is built or altered, plans must be submitted to the Architectural Review Committee. The ARC ensures that new construction and remodels reflect the ranch’s mountain-western aesthetic and harmonize with the landscape. Owners are encouraged to consult with the ARC early in the design process.

Double Arrow Ranch is divided into 8 phases, each with its own set of CC&Rs. Consequently, the rules regarding land use, long term / short term rentals, and others may vary on a phase-to-phase basis.
